So far we've had one failure (carrots) and one success (broccoli). Encouraged by this last success, we've maybe gotten a bit bolder in our attempts at EarthTainer gardening. We've planted two cherry tomatoes plants, two poblano plants, and one tomatillo plant. Fingers crossed!

Despite limited sunlight, the tomato plants are growing well, but only one is bearing fruit. We also have a single poblano pepper, but the tomatillo doesn't seem to be growing despite staying green.

I'm not sure if the fact that he's missing a head is an advantage or not... He totally started it, by the way.
Monday, March 16, 2009 at 11:35PM I'm returning for my semi-annual attempt at blogging. In all honesty, this is probably the worst time to start again because the spring/summer period is always busy for research (the big conferences tend to be scheduled at this time). Nevertheless, I will give it another shot.
